Sharma joined Xcession through the ServiceNow NextGen programme. She was promoted after 12 months to the Consultant role she is in now, and is part of the managed services team that works with our financial sector and energy sector customers.

With a background of over 30 years in the IT sector, Neil has been involved in numerous projects that have delivered real business benefits to a wide variety of public sector and private sector organisations.
